Essentials
Need engineer with 4 - 5 years experience in ASP.NET with PHP or HTML5 development on the mobile devices.
2. Mobile Device development is MUST.
3. Good exposure to iOS & Android platform.
4. Good understanding of Network infra such as WiFi access points, Network Switches & Router is an added advantage.

Detailed JD.
Manage and support AirWatch hosted software solutions to provide a high level of service to our customer base. This includes: On-going maintenance and upgrades of current environments, continuous improvement efforts to provide an increasingly positive customer experience.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with hosted services including web and database servers.
Drive internal continuous improvement projects through scripting of internal utilities and overall process improvement.
Troubleshoot complex systems to identify and resolve problems across web and dataset servers, internal network, mobile devices, etc.
Support application implementation efforts, including application configuration, testing, and problem resolution for internally hosted application.
Release Management for application upgrades.
Support and/or lead multiple implementations concurrently.
Support continuous improvement of our products through software quality assurance activities, including testing and documentation of product issues Create technical documentation for server environments, application, and IT process

Position Requirements:
3-5 years of experience supporting a hosted software solution Demonstrates strong technical capabilities in field of expertise Experience with SQL server software, preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008 Experience with and/or a strong understanding of standard networking technologies including:
Microsoft IIS 6 and 7
TCP/IP
Directory 389 (LDAP)
DNS design and replication concepts
SSL
Knowledge of Windows operation systems, especially 2003 and 2008 Server and/or Linux Server technologies
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills; is able to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical professionals
Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction while providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients Demonstrates adaptive personality, intuitive nature, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level conceptual understanding of networking and network hardware. Experience in following areas is a plus:
Routers
Switches
Load Balancers
Proxy / Reverse Proxy
Experience with modem programming or scripting languages is a plus including:
