Job Description:
As a Package solution consultant for SAP at IBM Global Business Services, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP HR module.
Additional Module skills might include personnel administration, recruitment,organisational management, personnel development, health, safety, training & events.
You will be required to be knowledgeble about payroll, time management, compensation management, portal, or self serve though specific specialization is not mandatory .
You will use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
This role includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
As a consultant, you will resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules such as SAP Human Resources, SAP PA, SAP PD, SAP OM, SAP Org Management, SAP Org Mgmt, SAP Org Mgt configuration, SAP eRecruitment.

3 yrs of relevant work experience in SAP HR
Professionals who can primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment.
16 years of formal education
Excellent communication skills and team working capabilities
