As
an Architect S/He will be responsible for over all architecture of
project, developing new possibilities and client relationship. S/He will
be responsible for interacting and work along with client architect for
the convergence of the solution. S/He will be play key role in
analysis, designing and synthesis of various prototypes. S/He may enact
Lead development personas for guiding team for realization of new
possibilities. S/He should be able to groom and train team for upcoming
technologies and concepts.

Hands on experience and ability to guide the team on
Enterprise application development
Enterprise Integration using BizTalk
Development of web application using Asp.Net MVC & .Net Framework
Should be able to guide team on various design patterns
Well conversant with Agile scrum methodology of development
Guide team through Database Design and TSQL
Able to monitor overall quality parameter to the project for technical aspects
