Acquiring Process Knowledge and getting certified by the Client.
Deliver Process training
Participate in OJT
Create content and desk-top-procedures
Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated.
Seek clients certification on each version of the Training Manual
Participate in Internal & External Calibrations.
Set up the Knowledge Management System
Participate in Internal & External Calibrations.
Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
2-3 years of experience in the BPO (Travel related) industry
At least 6 months of training experience.
Proficient with any GDS
Should have basic knowledge / experience of Travel Agency procedures
Should be comfortable with 24/7 shift
