The candidate must have long development, architectural and Senior level experience in .net as well as share point technologies.
The candidate needs to have entrepreneurial capability. He should be able to organise and develop his complete business team as Independent Profit Center Head. Core competencies of this team will be .net and share point technologies.
All funding to include staff salaries and infrastructure support for this venture will be provided by the Promoter Company for one year. The new IT Company then is expected to be self sustaining thereafter.
